We do our best to get items shipped out as quickly as we can, but sometimes supplier shortages, conventions and other things make that tougher for us to do. Please expect 2-4 weeks for delivery of your item. We ship items by ground shipping, if you want to be upgraded to priority shipping contact us after Your order and we can send you a request for the upgrade amount. If you truly have to have an item by a specific date for something like a convention or a photo shoot, contact us and we will let You know what we can do for you. We understand everyone wants there orders quickly, and we try to do that so only contact us if you really have to have it in a rush. If you need something even quicker and want it overnighted, contact us by phone and we can work with you on it.. since most of our items go out as sterilized products, we are not able to offer any returns or exchanges on orders. We have clearly spelled out exactly what you get when you order, so there are no surprises. Feel free to ask questions before You make an order. All our shipping prices are for shipping within the united states only. We happily take overseas orders, and get them all the time, but in that case You will be sent a bill for the remainder of the shipping price, we don't inflate shipping rates, but understand shipping overseas is expensive, and in the case of our advanced kit, it weighs over 10 pounds.
